The relevance of the study is due to fact that loading granulated polymer material into working hopper extruders mainly carried out manually from bags by production operators. capacity hoppers limited with a significant height bulk material, an increase in static pressure occurs lower layers, which leads formation vaults, uneven supply cylinder and deterioration quality products. Since work process extrusion continuous lasts entire shift, there need constantly control filling level extruders. paper proposes robotic extruder system for processing thermoplastic materials long products (pipes, profiles, films, etc.). one or more extruders, contains large loaded raw shift. From this hopper, automatically filled help screw feeder. Automatic monitoring status microcontroller sensors. object research automatic periodic loose technological machines. subject polymers purpose develop devices dosing granular them capacity, can be used task analytical effectiveness application systems based on feeder development its design scheme. methodological theoretical basis are basic provisions theory processes, transport equipment media, calculation machine parts. A scientific novelty proposed first time device possibility programming algorithm. results create new controlling operation creating designs.
